Event Description:
Global business author Michael Wynne will be leading a discussion based on his book Global Business Success which focuses on helping executives become successful international leaders.

Many American business executives often do not realize some of the key risks of going global. As a result, this can lead to some expensive mistakes. Michael will show us how to minimize these mistakes and maximize the benefits of international markets.

Michael Wynne, president of International Management Consulting Associates (IMCA), has managed businesses in many foreign markets as well as in the US. Brian Butler and Ernie Watts will join Michael to provide real world examples of the many challenges leaders face to achieve global business success.

Bring your questions and/or own real world examples and join other local business leaders in the discussion on Thursday, January 16, 2020.

This workshop will help you to learn:
1.  Leadership skills that produce global business success.
2.  How to mitigate the challenges of international markets in order to take advantage of the 70% of world purchasing power that is concentrated outside of the United States.

Who should attend?:  CEO's, CFO's, General Managers, Sales & Marketing Executives, Logistics/Operations Staff, Exporters and those considering exporting,  International Business Professionals, and Students.
