Michael Wynne - President of International Management Consulting Associates (IMCA). Now in its 30th year, IMCA develops and implements business strategies that help companies achieve sustainable growth and profitability in domestic and international markets. Formerly with Mobil Oil, Michael was president of Mobil Ami, S.A., a chemical specialties subsidiary with responsibility for total Latin American operations. Promoted to Strategic Planning Manager with Mobil Chemical Company, he developed global strategies for a $400 million division. This involved marketing operations in 37 countries, as well as 15 manufacturing facilities and numerous licensing agreements. Promoted again, he became General Manager of a worldwide chemical specialties group. This operation served the Automotive, Appliance, Electronics, Furniture, Metal Manufacturing, Steel, and Aluminum industries.
Brian Butler - Director of the Illinois SBDC International Trade Center at the Joseph Business School in Forest Park, IL. Brian assists companies in starting to export as well as in expanding their current export business. He does this with resources available at the International Trade Center as well as in partnership with the State of Illinois Office of Trade and Investment (OTI), the US Commercial Service, the US EXIM Bank, the Chicago Regional Growth Corporation’s export programs, and other global entities. Brian is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and worked in international sales management roles for over 20 years prior to coming to the International Trade Center. He has served as a bridge between US manufacturers and the international market by establishing and developing overseas distribution networks via dealers, distributors, sales/service agents, and joint venture partners. He holds an international MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU, and is a CGBP (NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional).
Ernie Watts - Executive Director at Global Chamber Chicago. A senior international sales and operations executive recognized for driving revenue and profitability in distribution and service businesses, Ernie has international expertise in building established brands and launching start-ups. As President of TRC Chicago LLC he works with clients to build cohesive, high performance teams competing successfully in complex environments worldwide. As the Executive Director of Global Chamber® Chicago, Ernie's primary focus is to engage leaders, companies and communities in more successful cross-border trade and investment to accelerate global business growth and increase community success.
