4/22/2019 - Real Estate Lending: How to get the loan builds on the fundamentals learned in Money Mastery and Credit & Credit Repair classes to help those interested in buying real estate thru the use of financing.  Students will learn how their credit and budget will allow them to purchase real estate by understanding what the lending world looks at when looking to approve a borrower for the financing needed to purchase or refinance real estate and the steps of the process.  The class offers an overview of common loan programs available, terms and definitions associated with the process along with tips and tricks on how to build wealth in real estate thru the use of financing.
